This post is re-printing informations from Microsoft Events page. After long break Microsoft TechDays Online is back for 2015. What is this? Probably some of you remember Microsoft TechNet Conferences (about 1999-2004) and/or Microsoft TechDays Conferences. All happened in offline mode – in Poland in few different cities. Now, in 21st Century, in the Era of Internet – we can meet online.

[PL] Beta Down, Beta Down

W połowie grudnia na moją skrzynkę przyszły zaproszenia do egzaminów beta. Egzaminy te zawsze mnie cieszą, gdyż nawet jeśli zupełnie nie jest się do nich przygotowanym, można się odprężyć i podejść do nich zupełnie na luzie. Oczywiście jeśli posiadana wiedza jest wystarczająca, a egzamin zostanie zaliczony, wówczas do transkryptu certyfikacyjnego można dopisać nową certyfikacje (często na poziomie MCITP). Tym razem propozycja dotyczyła egzaminów z Office 365:

Z uwagi na zajętość kalendarza, zapisałem się na nie na ostatnie możliwe terminy. I tak w środę, dwudziestego piątego stycznia udałem isę na godzinę trzynastą do lokalnego ośrodka certyfikacyjnego, gdzie po identyfikacji oraz podpisaniu stosownych dokumentów zasiadłem przed komputerem aby przystąpić do 71-323. Był to pierwszy egzamin, który się zakończył nim jeszcze się rozpoczął z powodu błędu:

Konsternacja, rozmowa z administratorem kursu, ponowna próba i jeszcze jedna (na innej maszynie). Oczywiście nic to nie dało. Ustaliliśmy, że sprawdzą wymagania, a ja postaram się zmieścić (jeśli uda się przesunąć egzamin w Prometric) w piątkowym grafiku. W między czasie podjąłem próbę zmiany terminu – ale przez stronę rejestracyjną naliczona by została opłata 25 USD >> co może nie jest wielką kwotą, ale jest kwotą zupełnie bez sensu wydaną w przypadku egzaminu bezpłatnego jakim jest każda beta. uruchomiłem więc mailową i twitterową {@PrometricIT_edu} konsultację, ale nie zdążyła się ona zakończyć przed piątkiem.

W piątek dwudziestego siódmego stycznia, również o godzinie trzynastej ponownie zameldowałem się w ośrodku, aby tym razem podejść do egzaminu 71-321. Procedura ta sama, kurs ruszył tym razem bez błędu powyżej. Za to z zupełnie nowym, zdecydowanie bardziej wesołym:

No cóż przygoda z tymi egzaminami na razie się skończyła, może ewentalnie podejdę do nich jak już się pojawią na rynku, ale gdzie zabawa?
